Terms of service

AgentWaves is a product of Ouranos Waves. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Ouranos Waves.

You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details safe and make sure everyone you invite to your account follows these terms. You are responsible for activity in your account.

Orders and approvals given from the owner line you register are treated as coming from you. Keep that phone secure, and change the number in the app straight away if the phone is lost.

You own the knowledge, instructions and documents you give your Agents. You give us permission to use them only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for making sure your content is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

Your Chief of Staff creates Agents into the roles of the structure you accepted, and lists every new one in the daily report. Your Agents work from the information you provide. Review their work and test them before relying on them. We do not guarantee that every answer will be correct.

Every new Agent starts at Approve: it prepares a call, message or invoice and waits for your approval. If you promote a role to Act, Agents in that role work without asking and report afterwards. You are responsible for what you approve and for what an Agent does within the authority you give it.

Using the service requires a paid plan, which you choose and pay for during sign-up. Plans are priced in US dollars, excluding taxes, and billed monthly in advance. Each plan includes a number of call minutes and Agents.

Extra call minutes, phone numbers and Agents above your plan are paid from your prepaid wallet. Each extra Agent is charged monthly at your plan price divided by the number of Agents in the plan. Unused minutes do not carry over to the next month.

Wallet balance is prepaid credit for use in the service. It earns no interest and is not refunded in cash, except where the law requires it.

Plans renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel in one click from your account. Your plan keeps working to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops renewing. We do not refund part of a month, except where the law requires it.

You can take an instant number, a local number, or bring your own. Numbers are provided subject to the rules of each country's telecommunications regulator. Some numbers require business documents and a review, and activation times are outside our control. If you bring your own number, you confirm you have the right to use it.

Apps that need an account of yours stay with you and are connected under Integrations. When you connect one, its own terms apply to your use of it, and you can disconnect it at any time.

You must follow our acceptable use policy, which forms part of these terms. We may suspend an Agent or an account that breaks it, and will tell you why whenever we lawfully can.

We work hard to keep the service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features over time and will give notice of changes that materially affect you.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.

You can close your account at any time. We may end the agreement if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. After closure, your data is deleted in line with our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the law of the place where Ouranos Waves is registered, as stated under "Who we are", and disputes go to the courts of that place. This does not take away any right the law of your own country gives you to bring a claim where you live.
