What's new

What we added, newest first.

AgentWaves improves every week. Here is what changed in the product, in plain words, with where to find it in your account.

1 change
  1. Choose each Agent's language and accent

On an Agent's Profile, pick the language it starts calls in, from 13 including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Turkish, Hindi, Urdu and Chinese, and the accent it speaks it with: Emirati, Saudi, Egyptian, Levantine or Moroccan Arabic, British or American English, Mexican or Argentine Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and more. The Agent keeps that accent for the whole call and still answers in any language the caller speaks.

6 changes
  1. Local numbers in the Gulf, by request

Request a local number in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the other Gulf countries from Numbers: choose the country and area and attach your business licence. The activation fee and first month come from your wallet when you send it, and are refunded in full if the request is declined. The number arrives ready to take calls.

  2. Company health, with the reasons

Each objective shows whether it is on track, at risk or off track, always with the reasons, and you are told when one gets worse. One company health score is counted from your own measures, with the weight of each in plain sight.

  3. Recommendations you decide

Your Chief of Staff proposes a hire, a budget, a pause or a new strategy with its reasons, evidence, cost and risk. Only a person decides. An accepted recommendation becomes a decision with the work attached, and it comes back for review on the date you set.

  4. Every relationship on one page

Each contact shows its stage, risks, last call, next step, open cases and revenue across calls, chats and email.

  5. AI payroll

Billing shows what each Agent cost this month and what it finished, so you see the return of every Agent.

  6. Practice runs that test the rules

Practice runs can send tricky requests, such as a large discount, card details in a message or a refund outside your policy, to see what your team refuses and what it brings to you.

14 changes
  1. Objectives that show how they get done

An objective has strategies, which only a person approves, and projects. Every case and task shows which objective it serves, so you always see why work exists.

  2. Research with sources

Your Chief of Staff and Business development Agents search the web, read public pages and write briefs where every claim links to the page it came from. A guess is marked as a guess.

  3. Experiments

Your Chief of Staff tests one change at a time against a measure and a target. When the days are up, the result is judged from your records, and the lesson is kept so a failed idea is not tried twice.

  4. Revenue from your own Stripe

Connect Stripe read-only and payments, refunds and subscriptions arrive every hour: collected revenue, monthly recurring revenue, new and lost subscribers and churn. Objectives can target them.

  5. Spending only within your limits

Paid marketing actions, such as an ad campaign or a budget change, run only against an objective's budget. Above your automatic limit they wait for your yes, and over the budget they are refused.

  6. Needs you, on Today

Everything waiting on you in one place: approvals, urgent tasks, work your Chief of Staff left with you, phone lines with a problem and questions from the Team room.

  7. Calls worth a look

Inbox opens with the calls where something went wrong: an unhappy caller, a tool that failed or a question the Agent could not answer, each with the reason and a way to answer it.

  8. Search everything

Search contacts, tasks, calls, documents, Agents and objectives from the top bar, and what your company knows and has learned. Press / or Ctrl K.

  9. Your week every Monday

Owners get one email on Monday morning: money collected, costs and profit, calls, tasks, leads, each objective's progress and what waits for them, in your language.

  10. Trash

Deleted tasks, goals, objectives and contacts stay in Settings, Trash for 30 days, and Restore brings them back with their history.

  11. Team templates

Save your team's departments, roles, goals and playbooks as a template, and start another workspace from it.

  12. A practice exam for every new Agent

When your Chief of Staff creates an Agent, it takes a practice exam graded by an independent judge, a different model from the one it runs on. Anything short of a pass tells you what to fix.

  13. Work and return per Agent

Each Agent's Overview shows its last 30 days: calls and minutes, tasks done, AI use, app actions and the revenue it brought in.

  14. Faster task lists

Filter tasks by Agent, kind, priority or overdue, and mark a selection done, set its priority or hand it to an Agent in one go.

Try what is new on your own business.

Every plan includes all of it. Meet your Chief of Staff in minutes, or hear an Agent on a real call first.
